These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of services provided by Stunningpc, a website design agency (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By engaging with our services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Services

We provide professional website design and development services as described in your selected service package or project proposal. These may include, but are not limited to:

Custom website design
Website development
UI/UX design
E-commerce integration
Maintenance and support
Hosting and domain setup (if applicable)

2. Project Process

Discovery & Proposal: Based on your needs, we will provide a project estimate and timeline.
Contract & Deposit: A written agreement and a non-refundable deposit (50%) is required before project commencement.
Design & Development: Work will be carried out per the agreed scope.
Revisions: We allow revisions unless otherwise agreed.
Launch & Handover: Upon final approval and full payment, the site will be launched and/or files transferred.

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide timely access to all necessary assets (e.g., content, branding, images).
Respond to feedback and approvals in a timely manner.
Ensure that all submitted content is legally owned or licensed.

4. Payments
A deposit is required before the project begins. Remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final delivery or website launch.
Late payments may incur interest.

5. Intellectual Property
The Client owns the final approved website design and content upon full payment.
The Company retains the right to display completed projects in portfolios and promotional materials.
Any unapproved drafts, source files, or unused concepts remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed.

6. Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party tools or services (e.g., plugins, hosting platforms). We are not responsible for the functionality, availability, or licensing of third-party services.

7. Warranties and Limitations
We strive for excellence but cannot guarantee that the website will be error-free. The Company is not liable for any data loss, security breach, or downtime caused by third-party services Business losses or indirect damages resulting from the website or our services

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination:

The Client will pay for completed work up to the termination date.
The Company reserves the right to retain all work until payment is settled.

9. Support and Maintenance
Ongoing support is only provided if included in the package or maintained under a separate agreement. Otherwise, any updates or changes after project completion will be charged separately.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
